the hotel is truly a gem for weekend city strolls, as it’s just a few steps from Bowditch Point Park, where you can enjoy stunning views and nature walks. Being so close to great dining options like Smokin R's BBQ made our stay even more special.

beautiful gardens, wonderful history, peaceful ambiance
The small room felt cramped, storage options were lacking!!! Also, the pool is merely a 'water feature' now—what a missed opportunity for hot days!!! No WiFi in the rooms felt inconvenient, especially for business travelers!!!

great romantic getaway
The staff offered a unique personal touch that made us feel special during our stay. The grounds provided a peaceful and romantic atmosphere perfect for our anniversary celebration. We thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to beautiful nature walking trails, allowing us to explore the area together.
The only downside was the room's decor felt slightly outdated.

I spent three nights at Shangri-La Springs and loved every bit of it. The pillows were high-end, making sleep easy and comfortable. The shower had wonderful water pressure and included special touches like a Keurig coffee maker in the room. Dining was a regular pleasure at their organic restaurant, Harvest & Wisdom, where I enjoyed a varied menu daily, especially noting the quality of the food as a standout. The lush grounds are incredibly tranquil. I often strolled through manicured gardens and listened to the sounds of nature. However, the lack of a pool was disappointing, as it was still under renovations and could not be used. Additionally, there’s no Wi-Fi in the rooms, which could be a hassle for those needing to stay connected. I also noticed that housekeeping did not come by frequently during my stay. Overall, I felt very at home, and the welcoming staff truly made my stay special. I’m already looking forward to another visit!
